This refund policy applies to trainer subscriptions purchased on Ushtro web checkout, unless a different rule is explicitly shown at purchase time. Purchases made in mobile app stores are governed by Apple/Google and their billing partners.
1. Free trials and promotions
If a free promotional period is offered, you can use the service under the stated limits without charge during that period. To avoid charges after trial, cancel before trial end.
2. Cancellation after payment starts
When you cancel a paid subscription, access usually continues until the end of the active billing period. New charges are not applied for the next cycle after cancellation, unless required otherwise by law or your payment provider.
3. Refund eligibility
Charged billing periods are generally non-refundable. We may review refund requests case by case when requested within 30 days of the event and supported by reasonable evidence.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge.
- Verified technical failure that materially blocked access to core paid functionality.
4. Non-refundable cases
We generally do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for unused time in an already billed cycle, except when required by law or when a reviewed exception is approved.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us via the billing contact channel and include transaction reference, date, and a short issue description (with screenshots if applicable).
