- Monthly or yearly. Monthly billing charges every month. Annual billing charges once for twelve months, with savings equal to two free months compared to monthly list price.
- Start plan. Three months free with the limits shown on the card. After trial, move to a paid plan for higher client and video limits.
- How Pro or Elite starts. Create your account from "Start with Pro" or "Start with Elite". After signup, our team contacts you to activate billing based on your preferred method.
- Limits. "Clients" means accounts you manage as a coach. "Exercise videos" means unique library items, not play count.
- Plan changes. To upgrade or downgrade, contact us so the change aligns with your billing cycle.

How does the free trial work?
The Start plan is free for 3 months, with up to 5 clients and up to 30 exercise videos in your library. Create your account, test the dashboard and client app, then move to Pro or Elite when you are ready.
What counts as a "video" in the limit?
Each content item in your library counts, for example an uploaded video or a YouTube link used for an exercise. Clients can view them when you add them to programs. There is no separate limit on plays, only on unique library items.
Do clients pay for the app?
No. Clients use the app for free. You only pay the coach subscription for your selected plan.
Are programs unlimited on all plans?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited workout programs. The main limits are the number of clients and exercise videos in your library.
What is included in every plan?
You always get unlimited programs, the client app, and a web dashboard. What changes is your client/video limits and support level by plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Contact us to upgrade or downgrade so the change matches your billing cycle. As your business grows, most coaches move to Pro or Elite for higher limits.
How does annual billing work?
Instead of 12 monthly charges, you pay once per year. You get 2 months free compared to monthly list pricing. If monthly works better for you, choose monthly billing.
How do refunds work?
Charged periods are usually non-refundable, except for verified technical failures that block core usage. Requests are reviewed case by case and should be submitted within 30 days of the event. Full policy is in refund policy.
Which currency and taxes apply?
Prices are shown in euro for reference. Invoice totals, VAT, or other taxes depend on your country and payment method. Final details appear at checkout or via support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us through the support channel. We will guide you through cancellation and data handling based on privacy policy and terms.
Can prices change in the future?
We may update pricing with advance notice under the terms. Active subscribers usually keep current terms until renewal, unless law requires otherwise.
