These Terms are a legal agreement between you and OMBRELLATECH SH.P.K., based at Rruga Mbreti Agron, nr.23, Prizren, 20000, Kosovë, Kosovë, for access to and use of Ushtro.

1. Account and registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, security risk, or policy violations.

2. Subscription and payments

Some features require paid plans. Coach web payments are processed by external providers shown at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

3. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel according to your billing channel. Access usually remains until the current billing period ends, unless otherwise required by law or provider rules.

4. License and prohibited use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with security, or access third-party data without authorization.

5. Fair use and plan limits

Your usage is subject to plan limits (for example client and media limits) as shown in product and checkout.

6. Content and platform role

Ushtro is an organizational and delivery tool for training content uploaded by coaches. Ushtro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, diet prescriptions, or therapeutic guidance.

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property and service changes

Ushtro software and branding remain our intellectual property. We may update or change features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

Applicable law and consumer rights protections apply based on relevant jurisdictional rules.

13. Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid billing periods are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered case by case within 30 days for duplicate charges or verified service-level technical failures.
